Everyone is welcome to attend, and your household will earn a volunteer hour for doing so. Come hear the latest and provide your feedback and suggestions!

Vice President – open

• Eligibility: 2nd year full-season membership
• Serve as backup to the president
• Other functions include: overseeing contracts and major expenses, assessing assets, and maintaining insurance information
• Collaborate with the president and treasurer

Season Close Out

Be on the look out for Signups:

• A couple more lawn mowings will be needed in September
• Painting jobs throughout September after we close
• Fall work day Saturday, September 28. Time TBD. We will be cleaning out and storing concessions supplies, dismantling and storing furniture, etc.
• Leaf clear out (after the end of our fiscal year & counts towards 2025 hours)

Volunteer hours reporting! Your volunteer hours credit is calculated based on the information you provide in your volunteer hours reporting form, available here: Volunteer Hours Reporting Form 2024. Please report all of your hours by October 1 so our treasurer can process the results. If you have earned volunteer credit, you will be given the opportunity to receive a check or to roll your credit over to 2025.
